These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between SRC Fleet and Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd. (“SRC Fleet and Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), with its corporate office located at Unit No. 624, 6th Floor, Tower-A, Emaar Digital Green, Golf Course Extension Road, Sector-61 Gurugram, Haryana 122011, and the entity or individual (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) using our fleet and facilities management services.

1. Services Offered:

SRC Fleet and Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd. provides fleet and facilities management services including but not limited to vehicle rental, maintenance, and related support services.

2. Booking:

b. All bookings are subject to availability.
c. By making a booking, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Payment:

a. Payment terms will be provided upon booking confirmation.
b. Payments can be made through approved methods outlined by SRC Fleet and Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd.
c. Any outstanding payments must be settled promptly to avoid penalties or service disruptions.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

a. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service booked. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

5. Responsibilities:

a. SRC Fleet and Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd. will make every effort to ensure the quality and timely delivery of services agreed upon.
b. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information and comply with any requirements outlined by SRC Fleet and Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd. for the provision of services.

6. Liability:

a. SRC Fleet and Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Customer or any third party arising from the use or inability to use our services unless directly caused by our negligence.
b. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold SRC Fleet and Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to the Customer’s use of our services.

7. Confidentiality:

a. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during business.

8. Amendments:

a. SRC Fleet and Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying the Customer via email.

9. Governing Law:

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using our services.
